Embassy Staffing Solutions (ESS) was founded in February 2023 by Yasmine Dawson. With over 15 years of Operations and Events experience, Dawson’s work background includes Project Management for local councils and Operations Management in premier and non-league clubs. Drawing from Dawson’s experiences in the security industry, ESS was created to drive change within the security sector. ESS’ mission is to provide excellent security services while simultaneously giving back by creating job opportunities and apprenticeships for individuals from marginalised backgrounds.
Our goal is to elevate security standards while contributing to our community. We offer free training and courses, such as Level 2 and 3 in Spectator Safety, for stewards and SIA license holders, enabling them to enhance their skills and forge a career in security.

With reports indicating that young people are the most affected by the cost-of-living crisis, ESS is dedicated to making a difference in the community by generating employment opportunities.
That’s why we have partnered with several local charities, such as Saving Souls, to employ disadvantaged and marginalized youth. Dawson has established her own uniform fund, through which ESS provides disadvantaged employees with free uniforms, ranging from suits to black boots, all while approaching their shifts with a smile. Giving back to the community lies at the core of ESS’ values.
